SolarWatch Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

  • The Apps are provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
  • You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice.
  • For SolarWatch specifically, UV index and solar weather data are provided for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for critical sun protection decisions.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
  • Inaccuracies, bugs, or errors within the Apps.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Apps.
  • Any sun-related injuries or health issues arising from reliance on the app's data.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will function without errors or interruptions.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, including one-time purchases, lifetime access, and monthly subscriptions.
  • "Lifetime" purchases apply only while the App remains available on the App Store. If an App is removed, any purchase agreement is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, and cancellations must be done via App Store settings.

4. No Guarantees & Service Interruptions

  • The Apps may experience downtime or unexpected issues.
  • We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, or discontinued features.
  • Solar and UV data may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Apps at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes will be settled in England.
